Onda Gastro is a Swiss, family owned gastronomy group. Founded with the goal of bringing new concepts to the Swiss gastronomy scene, our first concept Barranco, a Peruvian inspired restaurant and cocktail bar, was born in 2018 in Zürich. In 2022 we launched our second concept Cantina, offering Latin American comfort food for dinner and brunch.
 

We believe in a familiar yet professional approach to gastronomy, with the guests at the heart and our team as the soul of our concepts. Our community is the “why” of Onda and the core of our passion for delivering diverse, innovative concepts, and enriching the gastronomy scene in Zürich and beyond.
